The Assistant Asset Manager supports the Asset Management team by conducting financial analysis reporting and due diligence to optimize asset performance and support strategic investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial assessments of Inospace assets focusing on cash flows ROI and financial risks.
- Report Preparation: Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on asset performance providing insights for strategic asset optimization.
- Investment Due Diligence: Participate in the financial evaluation of property acquisitions and dispositions ensuring alignment with Inospace s portfolio strategy.
- Presentation Development: Assist in developing clear datadriven presentations for internal stakeholders on asset performance market trends and portfolio evaluations.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to budget preparation financial forecasting and identifying potential financial efficiencies.
Requirements
- Must be South African citizen or valid work permit to work in the country
- Must have worked in the same or similar position and industry before
- Degree in Finance Economics or Real Estate.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data.
- Familiarity with property investment principles and client relationship management.
- Detailoriented with excellent reporting accuracy.
