Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain handson experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards social media and other channels.
Screening Support:
- Review resumes and perform initial screening to match candidates with job requirements.
Coordination:
- Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruitment database.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to the recruitment team.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to develop a deeper understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with documentation reporting and daytoday recruitment operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
