We are looking for an innovative and resultsdriven Marketer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engage target audiences and support revenue growth. You will collaborate across departments to create impactful campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including email social media digital ads content marketing and events.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to understand trends identify target audience needs and gather insights for content development.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs websites social media and other channels that resonate with target audiences.
- SEO & SEM: Manage SEO strategies keyword optimization and paid search campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic to our digital platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency of brand message across all communication channels and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales product and design teams to ensure alignment and support crossfunctional initiatives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Skills:
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO SEM social media marketing email marketing and web analytics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software such as Google Analytics social media platforms CRM tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and original marketing ideas that align with brand goals.
- DataDriven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience working with B2B or B2C marketing ecommerce or within a specific industry.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Proven experience ( 1-5+ years) as a Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and general HR functions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
