Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Guide customers in navigating our products and services providing accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time customer satisfaction scores and issue resolution rates.
- Stay knowledgeable on current products services and promotions and actively promote relevant offers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an inbound customer service role is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive demeanour.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to think critically when addressing customer needs.
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
