Job Description
Job Title: RN MedSurg
Location: Chinle AZ 86503
Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
Start Date: January 2025
Shift Schedule: 7 shifts/2week period
Qualification:
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS ACLS Required (PALS TNCC NRP good to have)
Experience: Shall have 3 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 2 year in MedSurg
Driving License
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of medicalsurgical and critical care management to patients admitted to Special Care Unit (SCU) accepting patients over the age of 14.
- Exercise knowledge of the nursing process and its application to clinical practice in order to provide individualized goal oriented nursing care to the adolescent and adult critical care patients.
- Exercise knowledge of biological aspects of disease processes and illness in order to recognize complications and implement appropriate therapeutic intervention required.
- Analyze the results of various medical procedures and translate them into appropriate nursing interventions.
