Job Description:
The Sales Director at Augmentjobs will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and managing the sales team. This position requires a dynamic leader who is adept at creating and implementing sales strategies managing key accounts and fostering a highperformance sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales leadership demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and have a deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Management:
Lead motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Provide coaching training and professional development to sales staff.
Account Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee major account management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing product and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
