Job Overview:
As the IT Director at Augment Jobs you will lead and manage the companys technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will oversee IT operations optimize systems and infrastructure and drive innovation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business goals.
- Manage IT infrastructure ensuring security scalability and reliability.
- Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for IT projects.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address technology needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (Masters preferred).
- 7 years of experience in IT management with a focus on strategic leadership.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure security and systems integration.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
