You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role of Head of Product is to lead the team in building products and features that drive the solid and sustainable growth of the user base within Alegras product. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a positive user experience and fostering interaction with our current users always with a focus on the longterm product growth. The Head of Product will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure strategic alignment and the ongoing success of Alegra in the market.
Coordinate supervise and control the production of each subteam within the area.
Evaluate and track individual performance of each team member.
Create new features improvements and product development to expand the companys growth and reach to a broader audience.
Train the team in the constant pursuit of new ideas education knowledge and experience.
Maintain a 100% focus on improving the enduser experience throughout the entire product discovery process.
Develop customized career and professional development plans for each Product Owner.
Define and reach consensus on the key functions of the roadmap for each product.
Ensure the proper implementation of documentation communication and tracking processes with the Development/Engineering team.
Participate actively alongside other department directors in the overall growth strategy of the company.
Bachelors degree in fields such as Engineering Systems Business Administration Marketing Entrepreneurship or related disciplines.
Experience in leading Product teams (minimum 4 years).
Ability to connect business and user needs with the creation of a successful product.
Capability to think in the long term and identify future opportunities.
Usercentric thinking.
Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken C1).
Passion for reading and continuous learning.
Enthusiasm for the digital world and emerging technologies.
Motivated and possessing a strong ability to maintain team independence.
Were looking for someone with experience leading large teams who can work collaboratively motivate team members and support their professional growth.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a culturally diverse growth team.
Knowledge and analysis of SaaS business indicators.
Previous experience in a startup environment.

We want you to feel confident and get to know us before making a decision. Thats why we have an estimated timeframe of two to four weeks starting from your conversation with the Talent team.
