Job Description: Leverage quality engineering principles to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize product development manufacturing and distribution.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Investigate and analyze quality and compliance issues (e.g. CAPA nonconformances) before product release; prepare detailed reports.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate and improve products and processes including material evaluation.
- Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods (e.g. Six Sigma Lean); identify redesign opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Maintain technical content of risk management files and create training materials for effective knowledge transfer.
- Assign tasks and instruct technicians; provide training and feedback and coordinate technician work.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to read technical drawings; solid understanding of engineering principles and quality systems.
- Excellent documentation communication and interpersonal skills; basic statistical knowledge; attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Teamoriented with strong problemsolving and analytical skills; adept at building internal/external relationships.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering required.
- 24 years of relevant experience required.
