Be the Project Lead through the entire project including development of the design plans specifications and permitting through the local agencies
Manage other staff such as designers and drafters and including subconsultants on various project tasks to complete the project
Provide strong project management knowledge and skills through development of project schedules and task management and having the ability to adapt to the AWA and the clients needs.
Bring strong personable traits to develop relationships with the government entities and clients
Coordinate with government entities and other agencies to obtain necessary project approvals.
Prepare and manage project budgets proposals and contracts and provide necessary coordination with the client.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and manage adjustments to projects as needs are needed.

Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) is preferred but not required.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah (or have the ability to obtain such a license within six months) is preferred but not required.
4 years of civil engineering experience.
Must be detailed and quality driven.
Ability to successfully manage employee team and client relationships.
Project Management skills such as schedule management contract & budget management multitasking across a number of projects at one time & problem solving.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and listening
