Job Description:
Applicants should have experience in K12 construction both CM at Risk and CSP delivery methods and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Benefits include competitive salary health insurance 401k & Paid Time Off.
- Oversee all phases of construction projects for K12 schools ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with architects engineers contractors school administrators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and manage projects using both Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) delivery methods.
- Identify potential risks related to the construction process and develop strategies to mitigate them particularly in CMAR projects.
- Monitor project budgets review cost estimates and ensure adherence to financial goals through effective cost control measures.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules ensuring all deadlines are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Ensure that construction quality meets or exceeds industry standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders and maintain thorough project documentation
