Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Plan schedule and execute the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams
- Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of HVAC construction project management & estimating experience required
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office Acrobat and willing and able to learn new computer skills
- Must be a selfdirected selfstarter be able to work with little supervision and part of the team follow directions be able to actively think and find solutions to unique challenges
- Must be able to pass a drug test background screening (driving and criminal)
- Must have a clean driving record and be company insurable
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must be available to work assigned schedules and occasional extended hours as needed
The work environment includes but not limited to:
- Sitting standing stooping squatting climbing for long periods of time in varying temperatures humidity inside and out and varying noise levels. May be exposed to smells fumes duct confined spaces heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Limited travel may be required (rarely overnight) company vehicle provided.
Additional Skills/Experience Preferred:
- LEED Accredited and Experience
- Prior military experience
