Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for car accident clients.
- Set up medical appointments.
- Handle property damage claims from AZ.
- Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology. Must understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology MRIs orthopedics and pain management.
- Must be detailed and organized
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $25.00 $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
