Job Description
Program Manager/Healthcare Payor QA Analyst
Remote
- Solid understanding of the healthcare payor enterprise IT landscape.
- Experience in testing payor core administration processing systems such as HealthRules Facets QNTX etc.
- Indepth knowledge of payer business functions data exchanges and integrations/interfaces.
- Expertise in endtoend claims processing workflows including member enrollment EDI processing benefit plans claims payouts and edits.
- Skilled in designing and creating test plans test strategies and estimations.
- QA testing experience with a thorough grasp of the STLC; ability to create test scenarios and cases perform reviews and execute all levels of testing (System Integration and Regression).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in analyzing requirements.
- Skilled in requirements traceability root cause analysis (RCA).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies processes and tools such as Jira ALM etc.
