Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

The account manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Their primary goal is to

ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and maximize revenue for the company. It plays a crucial role in fostering

positive relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the

company's services.

  • Developing strategies to grow existing accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and setting targets for revenue growth
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company
  • Providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and communicating any changes or developments
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise, whether they are related to Service quality or customer service
  • Ensuring that the client's needs are met promptly and effectively
  • Liaise and work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Contract&Tenders functions to ensure that client

needs are understood and addressed, and the company is delivering value to its clients.

  • Gathering feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and advocating for changes or enhancements to services
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understanding Needs: Identify client needs and objectives, ensuring that services and products align with their goals.
  • Account Strategy

  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • 2+ years relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles
  • Bonus points for previous experience in project management, onboarding, SaaS, or recruiting/HR
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products
  • Analytical skills for creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects
  • Eagerness to improve existing processes and try new ideas
  • Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact clients.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
