Roles and responsibilities
Product Management:
- Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and removal of discontinued products
- Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product information is accurate and up-todate

Order Processing:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track and manage shipments, resolving any issues that may arise
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
Good English speaking and writing - they need to be able to write the product names and product descriptions as done on the ETTC Boutique website. Arabic copywriting skills is a plus.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer service is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (ex: Shopify) and content management systems
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
Desired candidate profile
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are a plus.
Technical Skills
- Ecommerce Platforms: Proficiency in managing ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and product listing optimization.
- Data Analysis: Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track sales performance and customer behavior.
Experience
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital marketing (1-2 years preferred).
- Customer Service: Experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.
Marketing Skills
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of online marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Ability to assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns.
