Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Product Management:

  • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and removal of discontinued products
  • Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product information is accurate and up-todate

 Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track and manage shipments, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies

 Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

Good English speaking and writing - they need to be able to write the product names and product descriptions as done on the ETTC Boutique website. Arabic copywriting skills is a plus.

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer service is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (ex: Shopify) and content management systems
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy

Desired candidate profile

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or ecommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify) are a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Ecommerce Platforms: Proficiency in managing ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and product listing optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track sales performance and customer behavior.

Experience

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital marketing (1-2 years preferred).
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.

Marketing Skills

  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of online marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Ability to assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns.

Communication Skills

  • Verbal and Written: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and vendors.
  • Content Creation: Ability to write engaging product descriptions and promotional content.

Organizational Skills

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in product listings, orders, and inventory management.
