Job Description

As a Paid Media Strategist youll craft cuttingedge paid social strategies and present them with flair shaping the digital landscape. Collaborate with sales teams to develop gamechanging proposals and lead thought leadership initiatives all while staying ahead of the curve on social media trends. Salary: PHP 45000 to 80000

Fuel Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in publisher products Unified products and their application for Unified s clients
  • Lead the strategic process and team to create innovative social strategies across multiple disciplines including research insights paid social and Unified technology solutions
  • Develop and implement measurement plans to test theories on the relationship between social media performance and publishing tactics ensuring client success and innovation
  • Present complex social strategies and recommendations to clients partners and internal teams with clarity and precision
  • Create highquality presentations on the latest social media trends best practices partner and product releases for clients internal use and training sessions
  • Mentor team members by reviewing proposal submissions and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth
  • Drive continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement

Requirements

Unlock Your Potential: Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Degree in Marketing Advertising or Media preferred
  • 4 years in digital and social media
  • Brand and or communications strategy background desired
  • Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach
  • Persuasive storytelling abilities
  • Passion for social media and knowledge of how to leverage it to achieve marketing goals
  • Robust knowledge of both branding and direct response campaigns
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources translating into actionable insights
  • Online media research experience using tools such as comScore Media Metrix Nielsen Facebook IQ eMarketer etc.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving ability
  • Ability to quickly become a trusted and respected member of the team through understanding of platforms and leveraging insights
  • Positive cando attitude always happy to roll up your sleeves and support other team members
  • Superior PowerPoint Keynote & Excel skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
