Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes conducting interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing questions concerns and grievances in a confidential and supportive manner.
- Support the performance review process including goalsetting midyear reviews and annual performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates headcount and employee engagement levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Certification in HR (such as CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment employee relations compliance and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
