Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes conducting interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing questions concerns and grievances in a confidential and supportive manner.
  • Support the performance review process including goalsetting midyear reviews and annual performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates headcount and employee engagement levels.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in HR (such as CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment employee relations compliance and performance management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software and MS Office particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
