This is a remote position.

Delivers more than just power to residential municipal commercial and industrial customers across several states. Throughout the Northeast MidAtlantic Midwest and Texas Operates generating facilities capable of powering more than 20 million homes. It thrives to generate power safely and responsibly for wholesale and retail electricity customers who depend on that energy to grow and thrive.


What to Expect

On a daytoday basis businesses can expect to participate in the following activities:

Review analyze and respond to customer billing inquiries
Resolve customer issues or questions
Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
Attempt to save customers who may be moving unhappy with the plan or current rate
Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
Demonstrate knowledge of Dynegy processes and policies
Build trust and rapport with the Dynegy customer through clear respectful interaction
Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues
Understand client call flow and state utility regulation

Complete weekly certification courses to maintain knowledge in Client products and services
Strong customer service skills and ability to show empathy to customers
Excellent listening skills
Able to take ownership; effectively and efficiently address customer issues
Always willing to strive for firstcontact resolution
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong typing skills interpersonal skills and administrative skills.
Clear understanding of the English language as well as a clear ability to communicate in the English language
Excellent computer literacy


Additional Client Program Technology Standards

This program uses AVG 1.6 (Arise Virtual Gateway) to connect to the
client systems.
A USB hardwired headset with phonequality audio is required.
MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully
patched with no pending updates).
Dual monitors are strongly recommended. Each monitor should be 22
inches or larger.
