Job Overview

As a Sales Specialist you will engage customers seeking to sell their used vehicles providing accurate price quotes and coordinating vehicle pickup and delivery. With a focus on our core values Respect Help Learn & Grow you ll contribute to team performance goals while continuously developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift; MondaySunday to operations; 8 AM7 PM EST
Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas

Shift into Action: Where Every Call Is a Milestone Achieved
  • Perform all daily tasks with a positive attitude and focus on the four core company values: Respect Help Learn and Grow.
  • Answer phone calls from customers looking to sell their used vehicles during your scheduled shift adhering to a tightly scripted call flow to secure the purchase of the vehicle.
  • Use our pricing calculator to provide customers with accurate price quotes for the purchase of their vehicles.
  • Collect customer information and coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery to our store locations.
  • Educate customers on important information regarding the products and services we provide.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals while participating in regular performance checkins with your supervisor.
  • Abide by all call center guidelines and companywide policies.
  • Learn new skills assist teammates and complete other tasks as directed.

Requirements

  • Commitment to delivering friendly helpful and professional customer service.
  • Experience in a customer service position.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Preferred qualifications (but not required) include basic knowledge of auto parts.
