Front Office Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Handle mail and deliveries
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
- Track and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
Visitor Management
- Log visitors and issue badges
- Direct visitors to meeting rooms and coordinate with security as needed
Communication and Coordination
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications
- Relay messages and coordinate administrative tasks with other departments
Requirements
Support to HR and Facilities
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees
- Coordinate with facilities for maintenance
- Help organize office events
Record Keeping
- Maintain contact lists
- Track office expenses and petty cash
Problem Solving
- Address and escalate front desk issues
- Provide general support to staff and visitors
