Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Front Office Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Handle mail and deliveries

Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
  • Track and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports

Visitor Management

  • Log visitors and issue badges
  • Direct visitors to meeting rooms and coordinate with security as needed

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications
  • Relay messages and coordinate administrative tasks with other departments


Requirements

Support to HR and Facilities

  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate with facilities for maintenance
  • Help organize office events

Record Keeping

  • Maintain contact lists
  • Track office expenses and petty cash

Problem Solving

  • Address and escalate front desk issues
  • Provide general support to staff and visitors
