This Role is Fully OnSite
Are You a Dedicated Business Analyst with a Passion for Software Development We are looking for a skilled Software Business Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in Agile methodologies and experience in software development to contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Understanding: Grasp product flows and priorities translating them into use cases and functional requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to document detailed workflows business rules and user interactions
Design and Development: Partner with designers to define UX and work with developers to translate requirements into system designs
Priority Management: Translate business priorities into documentation and ensure clear communication of these priorities
Support and Testing: Provide support during development and testing phases addressing issues and answering questions
Agile Practices: Conduct Agile ceremonies and train the team to deliver new capabilities
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Software Business Analyst preferably in technology
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
Documentation Tools: Experience with Confluence and Jira
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of system architecture and database design
English Proficiency: Advanced conversational English (for communication with diverse teams)
User Experience: Experience in user story mapping process mapping and writing user stories; UX design experience is a plus
Certifications: Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is advantageous
Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders excellent communication and writing skills
