Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in our clients' growth within the commercial cleaning sector. This position offers you the chance to utilize your sales expertise to convert a robust list of leads into long-lasting client relationships. You will manage the entire sales process, from the initial contact to closing deals, using our advanced CRM system. This role not only allows you to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory but also helps you refine your sales and customer service skills in an exciting industry.

Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: $5.50
  • Weekly Hours: 20
  • Schedule: Central Time
  • Work Arrangement: Remote (work from home)
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Please note that as this is a permanent remote position classified as an "Independent Contractor," candidates must have their own computer and a reliable internet connection. You will also be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits, with professional fees calculated on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective commercial cleaning clients from specially curated lead lists.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Schedule and manage appointments with decision-makers across various industries.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth information flow between sales and operations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth in market share.
  • Identify and leverage upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the service industry or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience navigating CRM systems with precision and performing accurate data entry.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Resilient and persistent, capable of turning objections into opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the cleaning industry is beneficial, but a willingness to learn about commercial cleaning services is essential.
