Are you a driven sales professional looking for a dynamic role in the commercial cleaning industry? Join us as a Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative and be part of our client’s expansion into a promising market. In this position, you’ll utilize your sales expertise to convert a robust list of leads into valuable, long-term clients, significantly impacting the company’s growth trajectory.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 5.5
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Central Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

As an independent contractor, you will work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Please note that you must have your own computer and reliable internet connection. You will also be responsible for handling your own taxes and benefits, as professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate targeted calls to potential commercial cleaning clients using curated lead lists. Your ability to connect with decision-makers will be crucial.

  • Craft Compelling Pitches: Develop tailored sales pitches that resonate with each prospect's unique needs and pain points, showcasing how our cleaning services can provide solutions.

  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers in various businesses, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to deeper discussions.

  • Maintain CRM Records: Utilize our cutting-edge CRM system to keep meticulous records of client interactions and lead statuses, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the admin team to facilitate seamless communication between sales and operations, enhancing overall efficiency.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and exceed sales goals, directly contributing to the company’s growth in market share.

  • Identify Upselling Opportunities: Look for chances to upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue and strengthening client relationships.


Desired candidate profile

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • B2B Sales Experience: A proven track record in business-to-business sales, preferably in the service industry or a related field.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong command of English is essential; fluency in Spanish is a valuable plus.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience navigating CRM systems and performing accurate data entry is crucial for effective lead management.

  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Resilience: A persistent attitude with the capability to turn objections into opportunities, demonstrating tenacity in overcoming challenges.
