Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised luxury experience to all guests building relationships and anticipating their every need. As Housekeeping Operations Manager you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the daytoday running of the Housekeeping department.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Provide a friendly and efficient service through effective recruitment induction training and development policies as measured by low turnover high guest satisfaction
- Ensure everything is in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with all staff training to ensure all staff deliver a superior cleaning service in rooms and all public areas to standards lay down by Executive Housekeeper
- To check rooms and public areas daily complete any cleaning duties as necessary
- Coordinate all staff training keep records up to date and make sure staff attend all relevant training courses
- All equipment used by associates is checked and cleaned regularly
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
