About client:


One of the leading Beverage Manufacturing company.


Experience:


Minimum 8Years Experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources
  • Ensuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situation
  • Responsible for sales forecasting targets and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory
  • Influencing promotions in store merchandising space assortment and displays.
  • New product introductions accounts receivables by working closely with the team.
  • Responsible for managing the team motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices.
  • The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis.
  • Recruits tests and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
  • Conducts oneonone review with all TSOs/Field forces to build more effective communications to understand training & development needs
  • Conducts oneonone review with all TSOs/Field forces to provide insight for the improvement of TSOs/Field forces sales and activity performance
  • Adheres to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
