Roles & Responsibilities:
- Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situation
- Responsible for sales forecasting targets and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory
- Influencing promotions in store merchandising space assortment and displays.
- New product introductions accounts receivables by working closely with the team.
- Responsible for managing the team motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices.
- The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis.
- Recruits tests and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
- Conducts oneonone review with all TSOs/Field forces to build more effective communications to understand training & development needs
- Conducts oneonone review with all TSOs/Field forces to provide insight for the improvement of TSOs/Field forces sales and activity performance
- Adheres to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
