Job Description | Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 7 years of experience to support the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional design solution architecture and best practices within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Functional Design:
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding processes and design.
- Conduct fitgap analysis to define business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with best practices.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate directly with clients and functional consultants to confirm requirements and facilitate discussions for design alternatives.
- Drive requirements signoff and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Prepare and execute test cases test plans and test scripts; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct system reviews and testing phases (Unit/SIT/UAT) including training and knowledge transfer.
- Liaison and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between SuccessFactors consultants and technical teams escalating requests as needed.
- Work closely with large teams to deliver results for clients.
- Instance Management:
- Understand Instance Refresh Instance Sync and configuration migration processes.
- Thought Leadership:
- Provide recommendations based on current SAP releases and periodic system updates.
Specific Experience Requirements: SuccessFactors Recruiting: - Configure and implement SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing solutions.
- Handson experience with Recruiting XMLs candidate status sets career sites (Career Site Builder) agency setup recruiting settings business rules and reports.
- Job Profile Builder integration experience.
- Familiarity with integrations to other SuccessFactors modules and thirdparty applications (e.g. assessment and background check vendors).
SuccessFactors Onboarding: - Configure and implement SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions.
- Experience with onboarding process flows new hire tasks business rules custom data collection and compliance forms.
- Integration experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.
Qualifications: - Certified and experienced in both SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules (ACTIVE certifications required).
- 35 years of handson experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding with at least 12 full endtoend lifecycle implementations with Employee Central.
- Additional experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors Talent modules is desirable.
