- Customer Trust Associate
Work Location (Onsite Hybrid Remote):

- Fully remote as long as they are willing to work PST hours.
Work Schedule:

- Full Time MondayFriday
- Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager
Job Description:
-
- Support the Pure Storage sales enablement functions to complete:
- Security / Compliance RFP/RFIs
- Security questionnaires
- Security assessments customer audits
- Provide accurate consistent and reusable responses to customer security and compliance inquiries globally.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer security questions to report and track customer security issues and trends.
- Provide assistance with evidence collection for customer audits.
- Coordinate and manage responses to customer requests.
- Review update and maintain Product Security Support Page for internal and external users.
- Has worked with Industry Standard security questionnaires like Sig Lite/Sig Core
- Support the Pure Storage sales enablement functions to complete:
Education:

- Minimum of Bachelors degree required
Experience:
-
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Requirements:
* Fully Remote Candidates as long as they are willing to work PST hours
* Include candidate location in the resume; otherwise candidate will be declined
* Assignment length: Fixed end on January 31 2025 but potential for extension
* Manager Notes:
-
- Must have experience in answering security questions and security assessments customer audits
- Customer facing role
- Administrative tasks: screening intakes answering questions from customers
- Experience at security companies preferrable
