Currently we are seeking a Certifications Analyst for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation
Description:
Job Title: Certifications Analyst
Work Location (Onsite Hybrid Remote): Fully remote as long as they are willing to work PST hours.
Work Schedule:

- Full Time MondayFriday
- Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager
Job Description:
-
- Assist product and security certification projects from beginning to end.
- Manage and organize data collected for SOC2 and ISO 27001 Certifications.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of document for SOC2 and ISO 27001 Certifications
- Track evidence tasks due dates and work with teams on upcoming evidence collection
- Assist in Automation of GRC certification tool (OneTrust Certification Automation fka Tugboat Logic)
- Has worked with Industry Standard GRC platforms such as Tugboat Logic Archer worked on SOC2 ISO 27001 knows Common Control Framework NIST etc
Education:
-
- Minimum of Bachelors degree required
Experience:
-
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Requirements:
* Fully Remote Candidates as long as they are willing to work PST hours
* Assignment length: Fixed end on January 31 2025 but potential for extension
* Manager Notes:
-
- MUST HAVE: solid GRC experience (conducting and responding to security audits) operating in GRC platform like TugBoat
- Candidate must have experience collecting evidence organizing artifacts
- Some familiarity with automation
