Job Description
Job Title: CW Senior Treasury Risk Analyst (ALM)
Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension or fulltime conversion
Location: Plano TX
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week (flexible)
Experience Level: 35 years
Key Skills Required:
- Strong financial modeling (forecasting cash flow)
- Advanced Excel SQL and PowerPoint skills
- 3 years of SQL and advanced Excel experience (complex formulas VBA macros)
- Medium treasury and strong ALM experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and modeling
- Familiarity with fixed income finance instruments
Objectives:
Provide leadership in data analytics for Interest Rate Risk Liquidity Risk Funds Transfer Pricing Valuation and Financial Forecasting. Maintain and automate financial reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop complex ALM models in Excel/SQL.
- Automate processes using Excel VBA Tableau Power BI and other tools.
- Advise finance teams on treasury management and compliance reviewing funding forecasts.
- Support management forums with market and financial analysis.
- Conduct balance sheet analysis and develop ALM strategies.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with ALM tools (Empyrean Bancware QRM).
