Job Description
Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a fulltime Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join their Armes Family Cancer Care Center team. Findlay OH has been ranked #1 Micropolitan in the U.S. ten years and running.
Job Description:
- Fulltime MondayFriday 35 days per week no weekends or holidays
- Occasional call based on practice needs
- Manage daily clinic schedule
- Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients
- Primarily outpatient ability to do inpatient rounding if experienced
- 1015 clinic patients/day
- Clinical documentation skills required experience in Cerner preferred
- Experience with complex decisionmaking
- Ability to work independently and see new patients
- Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education
- Hematology/Medical Oncology NP work experience preferred 2 years of ambulatory practice or acute care NP work experience required (not including RN or training experience)
- This is a permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Clean malpractice and license are required.

Requirement description :

- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
