Senior Financial Analyst
Hybrid Minneapolis MN (3 days/week in office)
Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and longterm financial planning processes partnering closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Financial Modeling: Develop maintain and improve complex financial models including ROI analyses NPV assessments scenario analysis and forecasting for both existing and new product lines.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights; prepare and present reports on key financial metrics variance analysis and KPI trends to senior management.

Revenue & Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed revenue and expense analysis by segment product and geography to identify drivers of financial performance and support margin optimization efforts.

Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads providing financial insights and support for strategic initiatives product launches pricing strategies and capital expenditure decisions.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes and competitor performance to inform financial planning and strategic decisionmaking.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A workflows and improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.

Special Projects: Lead or support ad hoc financial projects such as M&A due diligence investment evaluation strategic planning and other highimpact initiatives.
Qualifications & Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.

5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis preferably within the medical equipment healthcare or related industries.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders.

Selfstarter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of medical equipment manufacturing distribution or sales operations.

Experience in a highgrowth innovative environment with exposure to M&A or investment evaluation. CPA CMA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
