Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Location: Cornish Road Bahria Town Phase 4 Bahria Town Rawalpindi Islamabad
Job Type: FullTime (6:00 P.M. 3:00 A.M.).
Experience: Minimum 12 years of IT recruiting for the US market.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with handson experience in recruiting for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified IT professionals for various opportunities. This role will be based onsite in our back office but will closely collaborate with the onsite team in our Dallas Texas office to ensure successful talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with top IT talent through various channels (job boards LinkedIn social media etc.).
  • Should be well aware about Boolean searches on job boards like Dice Monster indeed and more.
  • Conduct screening calls daily with prospective candidates on different roles giving briefs about the role and gathering necessary information.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
  • Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the US market ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices (should know C2C W2 and 1099 work employment terms).
  • Work closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep records of all candidate communications.
  • Stay up to date with current hiring trends salary standards and other labor market information for the US IT sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals ensuring quick response times to client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12 years of IT recruiting experience with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in onsite roles.
  • Familiarity with US hiring standards work visas and employment laws.
  • Strong experience using ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in different time zones to align with US clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources IT or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for senior or specialized IT roles (e.g. cloud engineers DevOps etc.).
  • Experience working with staffing agencies or inhouse recruitment teams focused on the US market.
