Job Title: Cleaning Technician
Location: NW Indianapolis (Park 100) Indiana

Job Type: PartTime
Pay: Starting at $15/hr with an added $0.50/hr for an attendance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 4pm 12am
- Tuesday & Friday: 5pm 9pm
Job Description:
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in a distribution/office environment located in NW Indianapolis (Park 100). As a Cleaning Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Adhere to the specified cleaning schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
