Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via live chat and email
- Help customers understand how to use the product
- Identify customer pain points and work with the technical department to address them
- Provide feedback on customer experience to product management
- Resolve issues in a timely courteous and professional manner
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary
- Educate customers on new features or changes within the companys products
- Track information about customer requests and use this data to improve customer service
- Engage in cross team activities with marketing tech and design teams

- A good knowledge of English/ Russian/ Armenian languages
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Relevant experience in similar roles
- Experience of working with CRMs will be an asset
- Willingness to work on flexible shifts
- An ability to deliver an excellent customer service
- An ability to work under high pressure and in stressful situations
