Job Description: Legal Intern
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Legal Intern to support our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of legal documentation regulatory compliance and contract management duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology law intellectual property data privacy and contract law.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Legal Documents:
- Draft Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for internal and external parties.
- Create comprehensive App Privacy Policies to ensure user data protection.
- Develop Data Privacy and Security Policies in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Draft User Agreements to protect the companys interests and clarify user obligations.
- Contract Drafting and Management:
- Draft and manage NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs) for employees vendors and other thirdparty collaborators.
- Develop Partner Agreements covering terms of engagement roles and responsibilities.
- Prepare Work Orders for educational institutions including schools and colleges ensuring all legal formalities are addressed.
- Intellectual Property Management:
- Handle Trademark Registration processes and assist in intellectual property filings.
- Draft Copyright Agreements ensuring compliance with all necessary copyright laws.
- Create Disclaimers for company products websites and applications to limit liabilities.
- Policy Development:
- Assist in creating and updating Website Protection Policies to safeguard intellectual property and user data.
Qualification
- Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Location: Pune
- Duration: 2 months
