Construction Manager MEP
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to independently oversee MEP projects from start through to handover for a Singapore based client. This role offers the chance to lead substantial projects within a structured professional environment focused on high standards in construction.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 8 years of construction management experience preferably with MEP Data Centre critical environment or complex process environments like clean rooms or process plants.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams maintain high standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Strong MEP fit-out experience, especially in live environments, is essential Technical Knowledge: Familiar with multiple delivery methods (Project Management, Construction Management, etc.) and experienced in value engineering and buildability analysis. Proven ability to lead large site teams, maintain high standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Education
Qualifications: Degree in Project or Construction Management (or related field) with 10+ years of experience, including 7 years in Design, Construction, or Project Management. 8+ years of construction management experience, preferably with MEP, Data Centre, critical environment, or complex process environments like clean rooms or process plants.
