Job Description
Senior Project Manager MEP
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to independently manage MEP projects for our Singapore based client.
- Project Oversight: Manage between 36 projects at different stages from initial setup to handover ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Deliverables: Independently handle project documentation including delivery plans monthly status and cost reports meeting agendas and minutes.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets based on client requirements. Track and forecast expenditures to maintain budget compliance.
- Schedule Management: Establish and maintain a detailed project timeline with clear milestones to guide project delivery.
- Risk & Reporting: Keep an uptodate risk register and produce Project Control Group (PCG) reports as required.
- Contract Administration: Lead RFP preparation scope writing tendering and contract negotiations. Oversee contract execution with clients consultants and suppliers.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Project or Construction Management (or related field) with 10 years of experience including 7 years in Design Construction or Project Management.
- Strong MEP fitout experience especially in live environments is essential
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with multiple delivery methods (Project Management Construction Management etc.) and experienced in value engineering and buildability analysis.
