Job Description
Reporting to the Venue Manager you will:
Be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in supervising the daily operations and team members of the Brewery Bar Kitchen.
Play a key role with major event activations coaching and supporting team members and ensuring compliance across our beverage gaming and restaurant areas.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you must have:
Experience in bar required and gaming highly desired
A resilient and enthusiastic personality.
A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends public holidays and event days.
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and RCG Competency Card.
