What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Order and settle bills to various payment media
- Follow restaurant policies procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum two years recent (in the last five years) experience as a server in an a la carte dining setting in an upscale high volume restaurant OR combination of two (2) years as a Junior Server expeditor or equivalent AND one (1) year recent (in the last five years) experience as a
- server in an a la carte dining setting in an upscale high volume restaurant
- Serving It Right and Food Safe certificates
- Basic knowledge of a POS system
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A team player with proven success in relationship building
- A commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectations
- Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation
