Job Description
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs
* Minimum 5 years of experience with React with strong skills in dynamic state management using TanStack Queries and an extremely strong focus on fully understanding the latest React features/functionalities
* JSON
* C# .NET
* Figma
* Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance
Required Skills : * Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and system designs * Minimum 5 years of experience with React with strong skills in dynamic state management using TanStack Queries and an extremely strong focus on fully understanding the latest React features/functionalities * Thorough understanding of JSON and data structures * Need to really understand React especially more new age React and all the functionality that comes with it and be able to (quickly) come up with proofofconcept examples and explanations of why we should use the newly suggested approach * Feel comfortable speaking up on calls to give their opinion and not be afraid to play devil s advocate and offer different solutions when we are collaborating designs * Extremely flexible and be able to change direction at a moment s notice Skills/Tech Preferred: * Experience with C# .NET and enterpriselevel application development is a plus * Familiarity with user interface design tools like Figma to optimize user interactions * Familiarity with AI and developing with AI assistance (but isn t reliant upon it!)
