The Vall dHebron Spine Research Unit (VHSRU) is a growing multidisciplinary group of professionals devoted to spinal disorders with an increasing impact in terms of the number of publications associated IF and research funding.
Our research unit is organized in four research lines:
- Pediatric and adolescent deformity
- Adult deformity
- Spinal cord injuries
- Cellular therapies and new surgical techniques.
VHIR offers a vacancy for a Data Entry Operator to join our team and support ongoing research projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing data ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the efficiency of the research teams datarelated tasks.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (FPII or similar)
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g. Excel database management systems)
Desired:
- Advanced/Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Experience in data entry and management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic data privacy standards and confidentiality protocols
- Good knowledge of Catalan and Spanish
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Inputting updating and maintaining accurate data in relevant databases
- Performing data cleaning and validation to ensure integrity
- Assisting in the generation of data reports and summaries for research projects
- Collaborating with other team members for efficient workflow management
Labour conditions:
- Fulltime position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 22.000 euros
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
