Description:

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for facilitating analysis of various human resource (HR) processes for the Division of Personnel Management (DPM).

The work will involve reviewing documentation developing questions scheduling meetings facilitating discussions creating process maps soliciting feedback summarizing findings and developing recommendations for process improvements. The goal of this work is to better understand current processes how they differ across agencies and where standardization might be possible.

This position will work closely with HR professionals who are subject matter experts on HR processes and will collaborate with HR leadership to produce deliverables and recommendations. The position will report to and receive guidance from the tHRive Project Team.

Skills Required

  • 2 years Experience facilitating process mapping efforts in a service environment.
  • 2 years Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • 2 years Experience producing written documentation and recommendations.
  • General understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience with validating data found in reports and queries.

Skills Desired

  • 2 years Experience analyzing or implementing information technology solutions.
  • 3 years Experience working in an HR setting or directly supporting HR project management or strategic planning.
  • 3 years Experience working in a government setting.
