Job Description
Job Title: NDC PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Atlanta GA (**100% onsite in Atlanta no remote. Local resumes required!)
Work Authorization: GC and USC
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Highlevel knowledge of travel related industry segments (airlines hotels travel agencies) including understanding of NDC (New Distribution Capability) standards and implementation
Experience with customer journey mapping and customer segmentation techniques
Depth of experience in launch management for a globally available B2B product or service
Development experience using SOAP or RESTful APIs
Experience with Business Model Canvas or Value Proposition Canvas toolset
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
46 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience as an Product Manager Product Owner Product Marketer Launch Manager or Business Analyst for a B2B product
Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate and visualize activities dependencies and deliverables
Ability to understand customer motivations and
Selfmotivated solutionsoriented multitask capable and have a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fastpaced timesensitive environment
Strong organizational skills and comfort using a variety of tools for managing information and content
Responsibilities:
Preparing for product launch of a new NDC APIbased travel platform for technology partners and travel agency consumption
Design and implement processes to assist in travel agency or developer onboarding and integration
Creation of artifacts and content to assist customers in evaluating acquiring and operating a new content channel
Analyzing and documenting user needs for a variety of customers including buyers and product operators
