About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advisory Consultant Architect to guide our EDI team in a strategic advisory capacity. As a key member of our program you will collaborate with the board and internal executive level stakeholders to drive the success of our data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling and Snowflake with the ability to navigate complex meetings and influence key decisions without the need for handson work or documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advisor to the EDI team providing strategic guidance and expertise in data architecture.
- Leverage a strong understanding of data modeling and Snowflake to inform best practices and architectural decisions.
- Facilitate and guide discussions during meetings driving clarity and direction without needing to document outcomes.
- Act as a key liaison between the board and the EDI team ensuring smooth communication and implementation of program goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data architecture with a focus on advisory roles.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highlevel advisory role influencing decisions without handson involvement.
- Willingness to travel to Tampa every two weeks as required.
- Prior experience working with boards and managing relationships with highlevel stakeholders is a plus.
