Your Role:
Moderate and review content such as videos news stories and social media profiles.
Score and categorize content based on ageappropriateness violence and policy compliance.
Apply and enforce brand content guidelines accurately across all formats.
Actively engage in wellness programs and training sessions.
Escalate cases needing further support or impacting KPIs.
Uphold all security and confidentiality protocols.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Fluent English (C1) and Czech (C1) with excellent grammar and communication.
Cultural Awareness: A solid understanding of the social and political contexts for the supported language and region.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a highly empathetic approach.
NicetoHave: Recent experience in BPO contact center or content moderation within the last year.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
