Your Role:
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will be essential in providing toptier assistance to our users. Your main responsibilities will include:
User Interaction: Engage with users through various channels (email phone chat) to understand and address their technical concerns.
Account Analysis: Evaluate users specific account setups and past interactions to recommend effective solutions.
Technical Troubleshooting: Address software hardware and logistical questions ensuring users receive timely resolutions.
Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them appropriately while providing context for the escalation.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
Experience: Previous experience in a customerfacing role (B2B or B2C) is essential.
Technical Skills: Basic coding knowledge with the ability to read code; prior experience in multichannel customer support is preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrating clarity in conveying technical information.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
