We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Producer to join our team responsible for producing highquality visual and written content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
About the Content Producer Role
As a Content Producer at SmallSmall Technology you will be at the heart of our creative process. You will research industry trends develop content strategies and produce visually compelling materials that align with our brand. This role will require you to work closely with internal teams and external clients to create multimedia content for multiple platforms including photography videography and copywriting. Your creativity will play a key role in capturing and curating content that reflects our brand identity and engages our audience.
What Youll Do
As the Content Producer you will be responsible for:
- Research and amp; Content Development: Research industryrelated topics by combining online sources interviews and studies to identify customer needs and gaps in our content. Recommend new topics that will resonate with our target audience.
- SEO and amp; Keyword Research: Conduct simple keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to enhance web traffic and increase content visibility.
- Audience and amp; Market Analysis: Familiarize yourself with SmallSmalls products target audience and competitor activities in the real estate market to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Photography and amp; Videography: Serve as the primary photographer and videographer for all marketing content including capturing highquality images and videos of events products and properties. Ensure the content captures both candid and staged brandfriendly moments.
- Creative Process Participation: Work closely with internal teams to participate in all stages of the creative processfrom brainstorming to conceptual developmentcontributing to creative strategies and campaigns.
- Video Production and amp; Editing: Film edit and produce videos for marketing campaigns product promotions and social media. This includes inserting captions graphics and other onscreen text as needed.
- PostProduction: Edit raw footage in postproduction to create professionalquality video content adhering to the latest software and editing best practices.
- Content Curation: Curate a strong gallery of images and videos that reflect the SmallSmall brand for use in marketing and press materials.
- CrossPlatform Delivery: Capture and edit visual content for multiple platforms ensuring delivery of the final product to clients media graphic designers and corporate communications.
- Creative Concepts: Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce compelling visual and written content for SmallSmalls brands.
- Copywriting and amp; Persuasion: Ensure written content is clear concise and persuasive to help convert our audience into tenants.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry best practices in content delivery usability standards and creative production techniques.
Who You Are
Were looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- 35 years of experience in content creation videography and photography.
- Strong knowledge of SEO keyword research and content development strategies.
- Proficiency in video production postproduction editing software and photography.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and contribute to the creative process.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasion and audience engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or property technology sector.
- Knowledge of content delivery standards and creative production best practices.
- Experience with crossplatform content creation and delivery.
