For This Role
As the Creator Partnerships Manager your mission is to drive creator strategy and build a diverse engaged and enthusiastic network of UGC creators and influencers. Youll play a crucial role in shaping our clients presence across key regions like Kenya Nigeria Ghana and North America overseeing everything from strategy development to campaign execution. Youll work closely with the digital team to develop innovative content that speaks to their community and drives key business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Creator and amp; Community Strategy:
- You will develop and execute strategies for UGC creators ensuring scalable processes and engagement that drive creator selection briefing and rewards.
- You will build strategies to boost brand KPIs such as followership engagement sales and brand love.
- You will innovate with programs like affiliate links reward schemes and new market expansion strategies to amplify brand presence.
- Monthly Creator Campaign Management:
- You will lead the endtoend execution of UGC and influencer campaigns collaborating with the digital team to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- You will recruit onboard and manage relationships with creators who align with brand values ensuring seamless collaboration.
- You will oversee contract negotiations and manage campaign schedules to ensure timely highquality content delivery.
- You will track campaign performance analyze data and make strategic adjustments for optimal outcomes.
- Creator Relationships and amp; Development:
- You will build and nurture a diverse network of creators across multiple regions providing guidance to help them grow and effectively represent our client.
- You will organize and manage events and content shoots to support brand initiatives fostering deeper connections with our creator community.
- Trend Awareness and amp; Community Building:
- You will stay informed on the latest trends in the creator landscape across regions bringing fresh innovative ideas to the table.
- You will support general communitybuilding efforts including events popups and brand campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management ideally within the beauty or skincare sector.
- Proven success in building and managing creator partnerships across platforms like Instagram TikTok Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Indepth knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in key markets such as Kenya Nigeria Ghana and North America.
- Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics to track performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- A passion for skincare wellness and lifestyle is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English with knowledge of additional languages from focus regions being an advantage.
