Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the current processes and writing a clean and some process note for each
process and activity.
2. Helping each client service manager in managing daytoday tasks
a. Providing accurate and timely information to investors.
b. Timely completion of client onboarding.
c. Regular calls with clients for feedback/ identifying general concerns if any.
d. Resolution of client queries
e. Prepare and consolidate investment pitch/material to be kept available for RM
before client meetings.
3. Collaboration with internal teams in the resolution of client queries.
4. Eager to improve processes to ensure accuracy is maintained.
5. Creating backup within the system through good practices.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors. Ensuring proactive
communications.
